    All-in Features & Additional Options

    • Capacity: Accommodates up to 800 guests

    • Flexible Layouts: Configurable for conferences, banquets, or theater-style seating

    • Time Allotment: Birthday Package includes 3 hours of venue use; other events are allotted up to 8 hours. Additional hours will be charged at ₱1,000 per hour.

    All packages include venue use for up to 3 hours. An additional fee of ₱1,000 per hour will be charged for any excess time.

    Terms of Payment

    •  
      • Full payment must be made in cash.

      • A 50% down payment is required upon signing the contract.

      • The remaining balance must be settled in full three (3) days prior to the event date.

      • If cancellation occurs after booking confirmation, the payment is non-refundable but may be applied to a rebooked date, subject to management approval.

      • Rescheduling of the event date is subject to availability and management approval.
