Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Ilagan City Hotel and Convention Center. By booking a room, event space, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

These terms govern all reservations, bookings, and services provided by Ilagan City Hotel and Convention Center (“the Hotel”).
By confirming your booking, you accept these terms on behalf of all guests included in the reservation.

2. Reservations and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid payment method (credit card, e-wallet, or other accepted form) is required to confirm reservations.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed reservations will not be affected.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 NN
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and applicable charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid charges.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of one night’s stay.
Refunds will be processed according to the Hotel’s payment provider timelines.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
The registered guest is responsible for any damage to hotel property during the stay.
The Hotel is a non-smoking facility in all rooms and public areas, except in designated smoking zones.
Illegal activities or bringing hazardous items within the premises are strictly prohibited.

6. Events and Functions

Event bookings (conventions, weddings, meetings, etc.) require a separate agreement with specific terms on deposit, cancellation, and use of facilities.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel event bookings that may disrupt operations or pose safety risks.

7. Liability

The Hotel shall not be liable for loss of money, valuables, or personal belongings unless kept in the Hotel’s official safe.
Guests use all hotel facilities (function halls, parking, etc.) at their own risk.

8. Data Privacy

Guest information is collected for booking and service purposes only.
The Hotel complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and ensures protection of your personal data.

9. Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, etc.).

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
